Tranny acting wierd?

(1999 Acura TL)
I have a 1999 acura tl 3.2 with 200,000 miles. When I begin driving the tranny acts fine but ince i start to cruise the gears start jumping and d4 starts to flash. Ttied changing the fluid but no change. Please help.

This needs to see a professional for diagnostics.
The D4 light flashing is telling you that the transmission control module has detected a fault, and the erratic shifting may be the vehicle going into limp mode or an electronic failure.
Again, you will need to have the vehicle diagnosed to pinpoint the issue, and I can certainly say that automatic transmissions from Honda do tend to have issues later in their service life.
