Timming belt query

should the full kit be replaced or can I just replace the belt when replacing the timming belt

The 1.3 Liter engine is simple and replacement of the camshaft oil seal, crankshaft oil seal and timing belt tensioner will not add much to the total cost of the timing belt replacement, but will give peace of mind if you intend to keep the car long term.
