Timimg gear keeps going out is this caused by lack of oil reaching gears?

gear whent out 65000 miles. an again at 75000 miles I wounder if oiler is puting any oil on gears?

Not familiar with that engine but repeated failure of a component shows a lack of lubrication probably requiring dismantling of the block and unclogging a restricted oil passage way. On Honda's if the cylinder head is not properly cleaned after machining debris gets caught in the variable timing solenoid and the variable valve timing stops working. If the engine didn't have frequent oil changes perhaps sludge is built up in an oil galley.
