When should the timing belt be replaced if mileage is less than 50,000?

Toyota recommends replacing the timing belt at 90,000 Miles or 72, months (6 years). Since this is over 10 years old, you should have it replaced. If it were to break you could do some serious damage to the engine, so it's better to address sooner than later.
