There is a popping noise coming from the drivers side front end

this only happens when i turn to the right and go over a bump

It could be a couple different things going on. First you might have the CV axle looked at to see if the boot it torn. If the boot is torn where the axle goes into the front wheel it is most likely a CV axle that needs to be replaced. The other thing I have run into just recently is an upper ball joint. This was on a Honda Accord that was close to the same year as yours and the upper ball joint had a lot of play in it. Hopefully this will help you.
