The theft light blinking is a dead giveaway that there is an issue with the key(s) you are using and the Passive Anti Theft System module (PATS).

The key is obviously not communicating with the transceiver, or the code is wrong.

You must hook up a diagnostic tool to program the system, enter the security access (10 minutes) and then erase the key codes. Then you must have 2 keys to program gonig forward and follow the correct programming procedure.
