The truck runs and drives fine. Just won't start.

The truck has good fuel pressure and spark. It also has a new crank sensor and ignition module. If I spray starting fluid it starts right up. I can drive it on long trips (60 miles+) on the highway at 65/70mph with no hiccups. But it just won't start without a little help. Any idea what the deal is.

With fuel pressure test gauge hooked up... Turn key on and record pump prime pressure... Turn key off ... Does pressure remain or drop off? .. What is throttle position sensor reading at closed throttle? > What is coolant temperature 'sensor' reading on cold engine using scanner set to live data for these readings? IF you can provide that info.. Maybe we can help!
