The side of the headlight light and side of tail light light doesn't turn off.

Even engine is off the side of headlight and side of tail lights lights are on. I have no idea what's going on. I even unplugged the battery cuz I was afraid the battery would run out. Is this fixable?

This is very easily fixed!!!!!
You will laugh when you see how easy it is to fix!
Look at the top of the cowl/trim above the steering wheel but in front of the instrument cluster, there is a rocker switch that you must have inadvertently turned on. We have customers owned their cars for years and never knew it was there. Some day cleaning the car they knock on the switch and all of a sudden can't turn off the lights.
