The right side front vents blowing hot air continuously.

What could be the problem and how can it be rectified?

If there is hot air coming out of the right side vents there might be an issue with the right side blend door. If there is ambient air out of the right side vents this would probably be a low refrigerant charge issue. This is assuming the vehicle has dual climate control.
