When driving, the O/D button doesn't work, no light, not sure if it's working. Also, cruise control lights are on, but doesn't set speed or keep it at desired speed. Driver heated/cooled seat not working. When pressed, light comes on but goes out after 4 sec. Passenger side works fine. Suggestions Please?

It looks like you have multiple issues going on, no 1 fix for all. I would suggest you get it to a shop to have the issues diagnosed. Heated seat is probably to heating element under to seat covering. Overdrive could be a torque converter lock-up solenoid.
