The Fan Control Dial is stuck on a particular setting. I can't seem to turn the fan off. It keeps running even when the dial is turned to the off position. What should I do?

(2007 Honda CR-V)
I had just turn the fan dial on and when I went to lower the setting of the fan, it did not change. I can turn the knob in any direction and it would stay stuck in the same exact setting.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Nothing
How long have you had this problem? Just for one day

Sounds like a blower motor relay, blower motor, fan switch or wiring concern that will require hands on testing.
