Perhaps you mean the ETS (Enhanced Traction control Switch) This switch is located on the shift knob and turns on and off the Enhanced Traction Control System. The ETS system works to try and eliminate front wheel spin on acceleration in less than ideal conditions. With the light on the system is OFF and when the light is off the system is ON. The "low trac" will illuminate whenever the system is active, working to prevent wheel spin.
