The car will not start still!! (fixed) thank you all...

(2000 Dodge Neon)
I have a 2000 dodge neon with an 2.0 engine , Anisa my daughter broke the timing belt and bent the valves , I have redid the valves , now I have replaced the crank sensor, cam sensor, coil, plugs, and starter. I have tested the battery, fuel system, and injectors. The car will not start still!!! Does anyone have any clues to help me out? No codes were found after replacing these items.

Start with the basics, double check the timing marks and compression. Make sure all your connectors are secure and in good condition. Do you have spark?

In my book and other places on the net, I see there's a cam crank sensor relearn procedure that needs to be done using the DRB scanner (Dodge/Chrysler scan tool)

Here's a link that helps explain the timing belt procedure

One person on the message board post says he bought his DRB scanner from Sears

hope this gives you some direction to go. I'm afraid I don't know for sure if not doing the relearn would cause a crank-no start

look everyone !!! i am not the only one who has this problem , but I found the answer on my own.... iI hope this can help others . If you have to replace a neon engine you must do these thing if you want it to start.

Lower vehicle and perform camshaft and
crankshaft timing relearn procedure as follows:
² Connect the DRB scan tool to the data link
(diagnostic) connector. This connector is located in
the passenger compartment; at the lower edge of
instrument panel; near the steering column.
² Turn the ignition switch on and access the “miscellaneous”
screen.
² Select “re-learn cam/crank” option and follow
directions on DRB screen

Most people don't have access to this scanner <but it must be done> I used a snap-on cost 3000 but have the reset feature

Thanks you all for your help.
