The Blower fan stops blowing when I accelerate. Why? Could it be a vacuum line?

This problem has accured since having the radiator replaced.

Does the blower motor actually stop , or does the air switch to defrost/floor 'mode' (stops blowing through the dash vents) and then come back , when you let up on the throttle?

i would doubt it is vacuum related
