Q: The airshocks on my caddie are "frozen" they have the rear end jacked up

on 2004 Cadillac DeVille

The rear end is jacked up higher than it should be and there is no give when you push down on the backend. It rides like an old truck. What could cause this?

Look under the right rear at the rear end, There should be a lever or arm hanging down. That lever should be attached to a piece on the axle housing holding it in line with the housing. With it aired up high it would have to be raised higher to allow the vent to bleed off to ride level.
