I don't know how you are going to fix anything. While you are sitting in the drivers seat is how the directions are given, to where Left, Right, Rear, & front is. A kick panel is where your feet will rest while you are sitting in the drivers seat as well. Left Kick is what you would kick if you moved your foot as far left as it will go, while sitting. 'That is not your problem', What are you calling running lights, Park lights, Tail lights ?
