Temperature sensor wires missing.

(1999 Dodge Ram 1500)

heres a good one for all you experienced mechanics out there,
there are 2 temperature sensors on my truck.
one by the heater core hose on the intake.the wires go to the pcm.
the other temperature sensor is behind the a\c pump by the thermostat housing.but still in the intake.
well the person i got the truck had to be a dumbass and cut them off at the wire clip.
so i got the new sensor and wiring clip for it,
but the wires that go to it are totally gone, not anywhere to be found.
i have taken out all of the engine wiring and i am in the process of trying to find them.
does anybody have a clue to where these 2 wires go to.the pcm, or into the truck.
i really hate to take all of the wiring harness apart to find out it was never in there.
and yes i already looked in 2 repair manuals.they do not have the wiring schematics i need

Black in color is the temp. SENSOR for the PCM.... I think that's the one by the T-Stat.... Is that the one that already has a wire connector?

well heres the thing.the sensor on the passenger side by the heater core hose has 2 wires going to the pcm.
they are black with a blue line, and tan with a black line.

now the one next to the thermostat housing had the wires cut off of the top of the sensor.and they must have cut them off at the harness somewhere also.
unfortunately those wires are the same i followed the wires from the computer to the first sensor.
then i looked at the rest from the computer, but there are no other wires coming out the same color.
so i am stumped.
the only thing i can do at this point is finish tearing all the engine wiring out and follow the wires.
if they are not in the engine wiring harness.
i have no clue where else they could be,
i have worked with wiring for many years,
but i have never seen anybody stupid enough to cut the wires off from both ends

whoever had this truck before i got it.should never touch a vehicle
all the vacuume lines were broken off.half blocked off.the others left to suck air.
both o2 sensors were shot, the converter was plugged.the vss sensor was bad, anti lock brake sensor.
also the air intake they blocked off the egr.
oh my god what a nightmare.
been a mechanic for 25 years and never seen a vehicle with so many problems.
they really had no clue on what they were doing.

7-22-14 UPDATE::
found out the motor was swapped.the air intake sensor in the back of the throttle body is hissing,it was replaced.but every now and then it will still hiss.
they cut the wires off of the other temp sensor and left them.i went through all the wiring and never found anything, got ahold of a friend through chrysler and he told me the truck originally only had one sensor by the alternator.
it really would have helped if the guy would have been honest with me about the truck from the start......
shady sellers,
thats all i can say...
but thanks for all the help and information from really helps to have people with knowledge of certain vehicles to help pitch in.
keep up the good work guys
