Steering vibration

(2003 Hyundai Accent)
in Keego Harbor, MI on April 21, 2011
My 2003 Hyumdai Accent has vibration in the steering wheel, over 65 mp/h. It comes and goes. I have new wheels, tires, and had them balance, new shocks, put new rotors in and new brake pads. It started after I put the new brake pads in. I also replaced the break calibers two years ago. The car had an allignment and runs strait. There is also no vibration/pulsation during breaking. The car also does not go to the right or left when I brake.

for your issue, i think the one thing you didn't replace, outer tie rods, is where your problem is. have then checked and replaced if there is deflection while the vehicle is off the ground.
