Starting problems

(1991 Plymouth Voyager)
Van always started first couple of cranks. After filling with fuel Tuesday 10-15 revolutions Then starts and runs fine.

Is this happening when the engine is cold, or after it has been driven, or all the time?
Is the check engine light or service engine soon light on?

yes it occurs all the time now. We have replaced crank position sensor, ASD relay, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, checked all sensor connections. Still have the problem
