Starting problems

(1999 Ford Windstar)

went to start my van and the lights and radio come on but there is no click from the engine. recently had the battery and alternator replaced...any ideas what could be wrong?

it could be your starter is bad. need to see if there is 12 volts and good ground to the starter and to the solenoid when cranking the engine.

my windstar is doing the same thing , except when i turn the key off and take it out the head lights tail lights and radio all stay on. also interior light too . i have to unhook battery to turn them off. unhooked the ignition switch, and the delay relay and they are still on., i have no power at all to engine. but i can hear the fuel pump come on when turn on key. but no dash lights at all except one which i think is the air bag symbol. nothing else on dash at all. also checked all fuses and brand new battery and altenator . starter is good too. any ideas please help.
