My Toyota Sienna had a check engine problem. I was told to bring it in the next morning. Several potential issues were carefully considered before the problem was corrected. in a cost effective and timely manner. Their thorough inspection of my 12 year old vehicle also resulted in my getting several more issues corrected, including needed quality tires at a sale price. The staff was friendly and believable. The physical environment was comfortable. David, the Service Advisor, was easy to work with and helpful through the entire process. I feel fortunate that I chose Stan's to care for my vehicle and will certainly return.

I was treated very well through the entire experience. David is very personable and pleasant to deal with. When we picked up the car it still had the leak it had initially. It was explained that it took driving it to build up pressure to produce the leak. There was an oil leak that they repaired, but the main leak was a steering issue which was not identified when diagnostics were first run. Good experience other than wrong repair.

I brought my car in for a major repair. That repair was barely on time. I had to return for extra repairs I requested. Overall David did a good job. But you had my car for 5 working days and should have completed all requested repairs in that time

I took my car in because the engine light came on with a transmission code. The light was never figured out, but parts in my car were not put back in - left on the auto floor shop - and a plastic tube was left on top of my engine and melted to it. The shop downplayed the error, asked if I had ever made a mistake, and ended up replacing my melted part with a used one. I was given a $40 cleaning service since the car was not filtering air after their mistake, but picked up the car with everything looking very dusty under the hood.

Very satisfied with everything from Stans. From the beginning to the end they were very professional, upfront and honest. They got me in right away and I they were able to get me back on the road right before I had to take a road trip. They were very accommodating to my situation and helped out were they could. Highly recommend them. Will use again when the time arrises.

Would have been better to have received updates on the status of these repairs rather than having to call and try to find out. Excellent service and taking ownership of things not done correctly and fixed correctly before I picked up the vehicle. Would have been nice to have a walk around the vehicle after the repair was done and paid for, but it was explained inside and not walked through at the vehicle.

Warranty repair of Jasper trans. Truck in shop 3.5 days with not much progress. Took to dealership and diagnosis and repair was 3 hrs. Correct the 1st time.

They charged me for a diagnostic even though I only wanted a timing belt change. The car took 10 days to get back. They said they wouldn't charge me to flash the ECM. They charged me 135 for that.

They are too busy to handle their workload. I felt like the service managers didn't know what the techs were doing.They recommended work that was not necessary. It's hard to know why they said things were leaking that were not leaking, etc. They did identify a needed repair, but went way beyond in a diagnosis I did not request and charged me for it. Thankfully I took their report and my vehicle to my own trusted shop to verify and had work done there rather than Stan's.

I went in for alignment and it never got done because of other repairs. I just felt like the wait was really long on both of my vehicles. The gentleman at the service repair was great so that was the only reason I didn't get as frustrated. Otherwise I would of felt very frustrastred.

Very expensive. But chances are it would have been just as costly elsewhere. And Stan's has a good reputation, which is worth paying a bit more. I expect the repairs to outlast the remaining life of the vehicle.

Excellent customer service. I initially came in for an RV oil change but mentioned 2 other issues that arose while driving. You all were able to resolve one and I was unable to commit to resolution of the body compartment door issue because I was leaving Loveland and headed east.

We failed to ask what they charged per hour. We would not have had the work done if we had known how much they charged. The next day, we burned up the brakes, and the shop we took it to, told us Stan's auto had incorrectly routed the brake hose.

If the work had been completed when promised, I would have been fairly happy, although I think the price was high. But the shop didn't even look at the car until well after the date we had thoroughly discussed as the date I *had* to have it back. This was my first time having a repair done at Stan's, and I regret to say it will also be the last.

I was told of many things wrong other than the problem I came to fix. Was told the previous owner didn't take care of the car......my parents owned it before me and took meticulous care of it. The mechanic tried to scare me into having unnecessary work done. He said I might as well trade it in. Had he concentrated on the problem I was there for, I would say....satisfactory. When I drove it away there were warning lights on that had never been before. Not sure if I trust them

Was sort of irritated that my car wasn't ready when I needed it to be. I dropped it off on a Friday needed it back by Thursday, got it later than expected on Friday. I also would have liked to be called sooner about the cost, that way I could have worked more and had some extra cash.However, I really do trust their word on what needs to be done and what they've done for it.

I brought my vehicle in because it had a speaking belt. I was quoted an $1800 power steering to fix. I took my vehicle to the dealer who was able to fix the problem for $60. I wish that Stan's would have taken me seriously as a woman. I'm extremely mechanically inclined and I know what problem I was experiencing. I articulated that clearly, however I was not even given the courtesy of a belt tightening.

It will help me keep track of repairs I need to do in the future. I just did the immediate need repairs this time and was very glad to hear they felt my truck was very solid overall. The mechanic obviously took my vehicle to get the parts. Left his Arby's cup along with the oil can in my center counsel. He also left his hat and dirty rubber gloves. Not very professional. Dirty marks on my steering wheel and over the vehicle.

My experience was when my car needed to towed to Stan's and I worked with David. My engine had locked up and needed to be transferred to Prestige. But my entire experience with the tow driver and David was outstanding and I will not go anywhere else in the future.

My only complaint is that it takes so long to get a vehicle repaired. We brought our car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. We were told to have it there by 9am which we did. I started calling at 4:30pm-5 to see if it was done. Just seemed like scheduling could be better so I am not without a car the entire day for simple stuff.

This was a complicated and unusual repair. The whole staff at Stan's was kind and patient with the evolving complications. Most notably, however, was Jarad. He managed our repair with knowledge, skill, support, understanding and patience. Despite numerous calls from me, he never seemed put out to take one. Additionally, he represented Stan's as one who took pride in his own work, but also pride in the company for which he works.

I had my power steering pump replaced, which was very expensive. 12 hours later my car was smoking and whining and the pump had sprung a leak. Stans redid the repair free of charge, but offered no reasoning for the first leak. I definitely appreciate them correcting the issue for free, but communication could be better. You have to call and check.

The day I came in, I had no car and needed a ride home which was provided for me free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. I was expecting a huge bill for a VW water pump (well, huge to me, anyway). Turns out, thanks to their record-keeping, the pump was under warranty! Thus, no cost to me. Not to forget Jared (sorry if the spelling is wrong). This guy is a car geek, and explains things in lay-peoples' terms! What a resource and treasure he is.

My wife had 2 items that are tricky to find - Gas fill shuts off at pump frequently & car dies when idle slows. We paid $750.00 but did not fix the problems. I know these are tricky problems and they tried what they could, but it's a lot of money for no fix. Eddie is so awesome and helpful and the Tech's are great to work with also. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Stan's unless we have multiple outcomes like this one.

Had coil spring air bags installed & headlights aligned, as far as I can tell airbags were fine. They installed new headlights, but I would of had better illumination with a candle, high and low beam operated backwards. I don't normally like to drive at night, but had an Emergency and had to. I finally made it home at 11pm. I don't mind telling you what I thought about the service, on that long dark ride home.

They did a new bus transmission. We appreciated the quick turnaround time. When we got the bus back to Estes Park, the transmission was leaking. Had to pay a driver to take it back to Loveland, and then had to pay again to pick it up to have leak fixed. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with. Bus seems to work properly now.

I had a charging problem with my camper that blew up a battery. My multimeter showed voltage was too high. I replaced voltage regulator twice and had alternator bench tested and it passed. I also had charging system tested at a part store the same day my battery blew up and it passed but my meter showed it was overcharging. I was referred to Stan's by 4 seasons RV. They spent 2 hours testing it extensively and it passed all their tests. I paid the 2 hour diagnosis to them and took it home. 2 hours is the minimum charge on electric diagnosis for RVs there. I still got high voltage readings with my multimeter but when I checked my meter on another vehicle that had a voltage gauge my meter was reading the same as the gauge in the vehicle. I notified Stan's of this and they agreed to take another look and not charge the 2 hour diagnosis fee again. This time they got the same results I was getting all along and they were able to find the problem and repair it for an additional $100.00. I would use them again because they were willing to take another look at it for me when I told them my concerns and they got it resolved for me in a reasonable time frame and cost. Any garage can miss something, but its how they work through the problem should one occur that separates a good shop from the rest.

Over all the service was good but when I had my dad call to pay he was told there was no record of my car being there. Then when I called to see what was going on and why he was told that the lady I talked to was very rude I had to be transferred to someone else and he was much more delightful and helpful. Also when he did make it down to finally pay his debit card was charged twice and they were not open the next day to get it fixed. So taking out double really put us in a bind for rent and bills.

Brought my RV in to have some electrical work done on the engine, they worked diligently to find the problem. I went to Stan's for maintenance on my RV engine and generator. Stan's performed the maintenance and then asked if they could perform a diagnostic check on my rig and generator. I hesitated to approve the testing as I have had other facilities use the results to generate additional business. Stan's checked out my rig, reported there were no problems. In my opinion they are an honest business and I will take my unit back without any hesitation.

I went in for a second opinion. Another tire/repair shop had stated that there were several (expensive) problems with my vehicle. Since I hadn't seen any symptoms of anything wrong, I took it to Stan's. After thoroughly checking over my vehicle, they found no problems whatsoever.

Ck coolant and oil levels. Go to Autozone and have them scan your computer. Maybe they can give you an idea of what's wrong. If not you will have to find a shop to diabnose it
I have no power and it's still burning...
1995 has limited diagnostics. Someone who knows how to monitor that computer system and perform some tests with labscope, etc. needs to diagnose this car. Unfortunately you are now beyond guessing. You've done the basics like a Compression test when you did plugs or fuel pressure test ? Don't know history of car like why did you do converters? Did it need them? A good qualified shop is your next step. Expect to pay $200-$300 at least to diagnose
