Good shop but prices seem higher than they used to be. Not much different from dealer prices which is a big negative before I will return to Stamps Auto.

One thing to add is with your dealership door handle. Had you had this done at a Ford dealership they would only give you a 12 month warranty on parts and labor.
We offer a 3 year on parts and labor.
I think same price as dealer but a better warranty is great to hear.

My ticket said that I stated an over heating problem. I have NEVER had an over heating prob and never had that discussion with your trip at the front desk. This makes me question all other suggestion that we're on my ticket.

Before each oil change we look up per manufacture specs and only put in what is recommended. Vehicles have gotten very picky about the specs. We wish you well.

From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the service and work performed on my car...and you can't be their prices!. Not only that, the email they send thoroughly explaining the work done along with pictures and suggested things to be done in the future and why was pretty impressive and very helpful! I also appreciated the time Josh took to explain several things for me. I highly recommend Stamps Auto to everyone!

DVI (Digital vehicle inspection). This includes pictures of your vehicles condition. Brakes, shocks, struts, fluids, filters, exhaust, head lights, everything visible on your car is looked at then emailed to you.
Very useful to the customer and us.

When I came in and asked for a specific repair, they asked why I knew I needed it. After explaining, they said that there may be multiple causes, and promised they would inspect. On finding nothing wrong, they told me that nothing was wrong outside of what I had asked for.

Went in for a routine oil change and I asked if they would check the shocks and struts and quote me a price which I received. I knew I was going to need to have them changed soon. I've used this store for all my car repairs since moving here two years ago and found them to be very helpful and honest in recommending needed work.

This was by far the best experience I've had at a shop, I've always felt a little reluctant going into a shop as a female. However I received the best service, everything was completely explained to me perfectly and no pressure to get anything else done. I feel like I can genuinely ask questions and not be scammed at this shop, also their prices were more thyme fair. Thankful to have found an honest mechanic.

Discussed repair work needed when I dropped off my van. They said the only item included in list of items to be done that they didn't have record of was replacing air filter. They said they would call us if it was necessary, but it wasn't. Van was done with plenty of time for us to pick it up prior to close.

I made an appointment for an oil change and change a light bulb for 9 am. I brought my car in at 8:50 am. My car was not ready until 11:50 am. 3 hours!!! When I paid the bill it was extraordinarily high and I thought it was because of the cost for the light bulb change (I brought in a replacement bulb and was paying for labor). After I paid and reviewed the bill there was a charge for an engine flush that I did not authorize. I gave been going to this shop for years and have never had this service during an oil change. The person who was running the front office was filling in for the manager and I guess he felt he could take advantage of a woman! I will no longer continue to bring both of my cars here if this person is running the front counter!!

I asked for an oil change and a 21 point inspection because I was driving to Flagstaff. The afternoon we left the tire pressure light was on, the air conditioner was making a loud noise inside the dash and could not be used. The temperature on the car's thermometer read 106 deg when we left and we had no air conditioning. Lastly, when we were in Flagstaff we needed to clean our windshields and there was no windshield wiper fluid. I am assuming the oil change was okay because the check engine light didn't come on. I am certain there was no 21 point checkup or these things would have been caught.

Front personnel was very respectful, ac was not working when I paid and picked it up, but I brought it right back and it was corrected by the next day. So far the ac is working. It is all about trust and truthfulness and backing up the work you do. So far stamps has done a good job.

Check engine light ended up being a gas cap issue. I thought the oil change is way over priced. My tires were rotated (not requested) & my car is now pulling to the right. I haven't had a chance to call & have them correct the issue.

Went to the Stamps Shop on Lindsay/Warner Rd. after reading many good reviews on-line. Ironically I live within 1/4 mile and pass daily and never really knew it was a vehicle repair shop! Poor signage! Can't miss the Big-O store across the street with the large sign and weekend streamers and balloons. The staff and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle were respectful and explained everything to me. I had already contacted Dodge on-line with all the issues with the engine. Stamps mechanic was knowledgeable. Happy with Stamps! To the Owner of this shop you are losing business due to Lack of Signage!!!

I received their oil change with the BG engine clean and engine treat additive with the fuel injection additive. Prior to the service I was getting about 420 miles to a tank and this last tank I made it to 492. Thanks for the great service and great products.

I came in to get some studs replaced on the front and rear of my truck after they said it was done I did a walk around of the truck and they didn't even replace the one on the front so I came back and they said they'd fix it for free however after the said they did.
I just felt cheated probably won't come back.

Place is great have been there a couple of times now for oil change brake repair and radiator repair price has always been good and car was fixed right the first time.

Just a little disappointed in the shop for informing me that I could use an air filter and serpentine belt, and when I agreed to have them do the work they told me they didn't have them and that I would have to schedule another appointment.

The electric driver's side window was stuck open. They were able to fit us in and get it fixed that day. They also asked if we wanted to get an oil change and some other engine performance service. Since the oil change reminder had just started lighting up, we agreed. We were super happy they got the window fixed in one day, but I don't know if we actually got the oil change we paid for since the oil change reminder is still on. I'm reluctant to go back to the same place to ask them if they actually changed my oil or not since if they didn't, would they really admit that?

Last repair was to install a battery. Technician did not connect the wires to the terminal connector right resulting in a bad connection. I was stuck in the woods and had to have my car towed 50 miles to a garage to fix it. Stamps botched an easy repair.

I had my radiator split on my 1997 BMW 740il late on a Friday afternoon. I needed the car repaired before Monday so I could get to work. Most repair shops are closed on Saturdays! I called Stamps and they said they were open and they could have it replaced and repaired on Saturday! The service Manager Bryan was very polite and knowledgeable about this 19 year old car! I dropped it off right before 5:00pm and he had it ready to go on Saturday by 3:00pm. Great Service! I subsequently brought my sons Jeep in for needed repairs. They are my "Go To Place" for all my car repairs going forward.

I think they are over priced! not a big deal if they didn't try to pull a wire and have me come back to fix it again. When in there for one reason then my car back had two new engine codes. Trace them back and was from a pulled wire that I know it wasn't like that before.

Bryan the service manager is EXTREMELY honest. One time I brought in one of our cars because a front wheel was making a scraping noise. I told him it must be the brakes, and that he could go ahead and replace them. However, he called me later that day and said it was just a loose mud guard, which he re-attached for free. And he has always been very honest about telling me whether or not my car needs work. Plus Stamps Auto does excellent repair and service work. I would never take my cars anywhere else, and I always encourage my friends to go to Stamps. Bryan is a great asset to your company.

Because if you want to retain customers, stop charging for every diagnose. Can't you just tell the customer what's wrong with the car without charging? How can you get customers to stay and recommend you if you want to make money without doing anything? Nobody just hands out money nowadays. Terrible service specially if I had work done there before, you think they would offer to look at your car without charge for the diagnose in good faith that I already spent money at your store and this way you would retain my business but no!! Let me charge you again just to tell you what repair you need!! Really?? What happened to the real mechanics that brought the business in because they were truly interested in fixing the car. Good luck staying in business that way! It certainly won't be with my hard earned money or anybody I know. Never again when there's plenty of shops that will give you a free diagnose.
