Squeaking noise when turn steering wheel & under front of car when stop

There is a loud squeking noise that occurs when you turn the steering wheel all the time and today I heard a small squeak that souns like it is coming from under the front end. What could this be?

could be strut mounts, ball joints that are dry or tie rod ends that are dry.

Get it fixed as soon as possible......Mine was doing the same thing, left front tire fell off, while driving down the road......inner tie rod and ball joints were bad, repair cost was 1200.00 .................I have had NOTHING but trouble out of my 2002 Sebring Convertible, WILL NEVER buy another one.
