Squeaking noise

(1999 Ford F-150)
in Fayetteville, NC on April 15, 2010
I have a 99 Ford lariat, when turning the wheels or driving over a bump it squeaks really bad. My husband greased the front end and it stopped for a few weeks and now it's back. Even when you step on the running boards it squeaks.
Help it's driving me nuts.

Probably the control arm bushings but it needs to be put up on a rack to determine exactly what is squeaking
