When I drive on the highway, I don't hear the noise, but city driving, and I go over bumps, or turns, I hear a spring like squeak. What is the problem?

Probably, your control arm bushing is going bad. Spray a lot of lubricant on it and if the squeak goes away temporarily this is your problem and then replace the bushing.
