Speedo stoppedworking

(2004 Ford Expedition)
in Wake Island, HI on August 05, 2014
I own a ford in australia, my problem is the speedo stopped, Ive done some tests myself an the only fault i've found is the signal coming from 1 abs sensor is a tiny bit different then the other 3. In this case the 4 ABS sensors each send a signal to the ABS module which then send a signal via CAN to the ECM. Ive pulsed my own signal to the ECM with a test tool I own just to see if the ECM is working fine which it is, I got the speedo to work using this tool. Im just curious to know if I erratic signal from a wheel sensor would cause the speedo to not work or perhaps the ABS module is faulty internally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.....

do you have any codes?

Yeah 2 codes. One is p0602 powertrain control module programming error. And p0500 speed sensor A. Missing or erratic speed signal. The first one has been there for a long time though an speedo was working when I saw that code.
