spark plugs on 1997 Honda CR-V

which spark plugs is best to use in my car to get maximum performance and remain fuel efficent ?

It is common belief among Honda mechanics that Bosch platnium plugs don't work well in Hondas. Personally I like NGK or Nippon Denso (now called Denso) spark plugs, they have a platinum spark plug that is very good. One important thing on your engine. It is important to have the valves adjusted as the engines around your year had a tendency to "burn valves" if not adjusted as part of a regular tune up.
