Smell in air vints and smoke

for some reason i started smelling like coolant or some other smell in my car then the other day i had smoke or steam and this smell comming out of my air vents what could this be

This is likely from a leaking heater core. Make sure the coolant level is OK if you continue to drive the car, but you should get it fixed soon.

hey thanks Bret Bodas thats what I thought it might be this site is great now should i replace both the core and the control valve or just the core
