Hardest question to answer without knowing pad mm measurement. Every driver is different. Some people can warp out brakes in under 15k, others are known to go 25k-35k.

Either the diffuser in the dash is stuck or the actuator on the blend door motor is bad. Do you hear a constant clicking noise?
motor off for about an hour, restart &...
System has one of a few problems. Without physically looking it is hard to tell. System can be clogged, low on freon or new compressor could be deficient. During repair of compressor did anyone add dye to leak check? If so look at the fitting around repair. If dye is present, system is leaking. Lines will need to be tightened and system recharged.
Mileage wise you are under what the mfg. states. You need to take into consideration the age. Is the vehicle making any noise and is the belt showing signs of cracking. If so, replace the timing belt. Rule of thumb is replacement at the ten year mark.
