Should the Water Pump be replaced at the same time the timming belt is replaced

does the water pump have to be replaced at the same time the timming belt is replaced

when the timing belt is removed, the pump is right there. when the new belt is installed the the tension is greater, there is a high possibility of the bearing failing. that is why it is always reccomended to replace the pump.
