Should I replace my timing belt and water pump etc. 99 sc400 59k miles 14yrs old

(1999 Lexus SC400)
1999 Lexus SC400 only 59k miles but 14 years old. sounds fine just replaced 5 ignition coils and no current codes or problems. New plugs, drive belt, oil and air filters.

The timing belt is made of rubber. Think about old tires, you know how the get "dry rotted" from age? Timing belts do the same thing. The good thing is that on a Lexus if the belt breaks, it doesn't bend valves so the worst thing is you get towed in.
