Should I let auto place change to high milage synthetic oil (197,000 mi)

retailer is suggesting changing oil to high milage synthetic oil in my truck with 197,000 miles. Is that a wise move?

Conventional oil has done a pretty good for it so far... Why change now??... IF it were my vehicle, I think I would stick with whatever got it to 197,000 miles!!!.. Just saying....... Whether or not it would be a wise move, remains to be determined!
