Seat portion of drivers seat warmers is not working where the back still is.

(2007 GMC Envoy)

Just prior to the fail the seat potion was getting extremely hot. I now have 150K.

Could this be a relay or will the seat need to be replaced? What are my other options?

Most likely the seat element under the upholstry has a break in it do to wear and tear of sitting in seat. It can be replaced.
