Rotor won't turn

(1990 Toyota Camry)
1989 camry ran great until I went through a big puddle
it stalled got it started the next day it stalled again
it had a broken wire I replaced plugs wires cap rotor
no spark rotor not moving timing belt not broke
what else should I check????

Check to see that the timing belt is spinning when you are cranking the engine over. It may be that the teeth came off the belt, so it wont look broken but it wont turn either.
