The owner Rick has attitude issues. My husband has gone in multiple times for a calibration and shown up in the mid afternoon to find the whole place shut down because they have all gone to lunch. He was told at the very beginning that no appointment would be needed and after he called Smart Start to figure out what was going on the owner Rick decided to treat him awfully and go off about how he didn't have an appointment. Today his customer service was awful at best, my husband went in and was barked at to sit down and wait when he hadn't even said anything. Due to being pregnant and exhausted we were having him take a debit card over the phone and he started chewing my husband out today about not doing that anymore. I called and he was AWFUL! RUDE, DEGRADING, interrupted multiple times to the point I had to yell just to get him to shut up and listen for a second. He refused to talk to me as a wife and treated me as less that dirt. I explained that I was pregnant and it was not going well, he would not even listen to that and still kept interrupting. After years of working in Real Estate and one of the top firms in Denver (Customer Service being a top priority) I am appalled anyone would treat a paying customer like that let alone speak to a lady the way he did. I finally had to tell him our business would be going else where and hung up. Everyone makes mistakes, my husband did. That does not mean anyone deserves to be treated the way Rick treats people. AWFUL!
