my caddy is still running hot what could it be now other wise run fine?

Could be several things, radiator fan not working, thermostat, water pump etc. The important this is you don't let the engine overheat, causing damage to the engine. If you are unable to diagnose this, you should take it to someone who can. Over heating the engine is the most damaging thing you can do, so take this seriously and consider taking it to a professional.
