Replaced battery in my Nissan Altima and now the electrical system is wacky.

It starts and the lights and radio work but the remote, alarm, turn signals power doors and heater don't work. I was able to get it home but don't know what to do?

The question really is was the battery really bad or was it drained because the alternator isn't working properly. When alternators start to go bad, you usually notice dash lights flickering and headlights dimming and various other 'wacky' electrical problems. The battery isn't getting sufficiently recharged to support all the systems. Need to have parts store test the alternator.
