2004 odyssey 7 yr old 60k mile. replace timing belt? what other maint?

If you plan on keeping the Honda long term I would change the water pump, camshaft seals crankshaft seal and tensioner and idlers associated with the timing belt as the work being carried out exposes these parts. I would change the transmission fluid ever 30,000 miles on that Honda as well. Perhaps spark plugs at that mileage as well.

Thanks. You mean I should not wait till 90K miles to change timing belt and water pump? Should i do it with a dealer or is it ok with a trusted mechanic i have since it is not under warranty anymore?
