We have enjoyed using the video camera program. This way, the customer can see exactly what we see and it takes out the uncertainty of any unnecessary repair or maintenance that is being performed.

The mechanics always explain what is malfunctioning, why it is malfunctioning, and the history of malfunctions for my particular vehicle. Additionally, send me video of the work in progress. Cost is always best in town. I highly recommend Joy's Service Center

Message From the Shop
My father, Carroll, started Joy's Service Center, a family owned business, in 1968. I started working in the business when I was 14 years old pumping gas, cleaning windows and windshields, checking tires and vehicle fluids. My wife, Annette, started working in the business in 1991. Together, we took over the business in 1996. Our oldest son, Tyler, is a technician who also works for the company. We have two other full time technicians, Evert and Wayne with combined experience of over 90+ years between them all. Our service writer, Levi, comes with a lot of knowledge in the auto industry as well. We are a BG Certified Shop, offering lifetime protection plans to vehicles under 100K. We also are a TechNet Professional Service Center which provides 24/24 parts and labor warranty nationwide. My parents had the same noise, coming from body mounts in rear of car all it takes is to have it up on a lift and tighten all body mounts in rear of car.
Transmission Problem on 2007 Acura TL
Hello sounds like the fluid is dirty. The first thing we would do is to flush the transmission with B/G products (we run b/g cleaner through the trans. for 20-30 min and then run 16 qts of fluid through the trans.) 80% of the time this will take care of your problem. I Have Codes P0420 And P0455 Plus Random Misfires. How Can I Fix This on 2004 Acura MDX
Hello Lee If you could bring it to our shop in Wichita, we would start with a induction clean, using B/G products. This job takes about 1hr of labor and a 10 mile test drive, cost it be under $200 (What the problem is the exhaust converter is dirty) most of the time we can clean it will take care of the code, if it does not the converter will need replaced, if we could help please let us know

We have ran into problems on GM cars the cause of the no heat or low heat could be cause by temp door dash could be stuck, or it could be a plugged up heater core. please get it diagnosed.
