I had to take it back. It wasn't their fault. They people who tested the battery didn't check it right. They fixed it. They do need to get their own credit card like Firestone. I t cost me seventeen hundred dollars and if they had their own card I wouldn't have had to pay that much.

I like the friendly service, honesty, and their overall integrity. They wanted to do what is best for me, not to make a dollar. That showed me they cared about me as a person and my well being and not just my money. Friendly service, got me in right away, accommodating to my schedule for an appointment. I also appreciated how they physically showed me this is what we think and why, they showed me the issue so I can understand it. They took the time to write me a hand written letter with a ten percent coupon to use in the future.

Friendly service, honest service. They didn't try to upsell like other shops try to do. They take care of the problem and only that problem. When I took a car in for an oil change they suggested some things but didn't push.

Good service. Good quality control. I thought the pricing was good pricing. Quality parts. They also identified issues, did a complete inspection, and stuff like that. When the car is brought out after maintenance, when they are finished with it, they take a little extra time and make sure the windshield is clean. The car is cleaned up and do a good job all around.

The service manager is Joe. We go back, and I use to be a car guy. We get along. We use to work together at a car dealership. He use to be a parts manager with me. He is professional, knows what he is doing, and if an estimate, he puts it together, and he is flexible. I am planning to take my daughter's car to him. I will see him in a month or so.

I was in for an oil change, and the next day I found oil on my garage floor. When I took it back, they found that they had torn an oil ring and needed to replace it. That ended up taking longer than the original appointment, which I definitely wasn't thrilled about. However, this is the first time that I can think of that I've ever had to take work back.
