Excellent customer service! Went out of their way to research an issue when installing my son s caliper covers. They googled videos, contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and were able to successfully install them even when two other local companies couldn t. Very impressed with Apex!

They were all ready to change my wife's battery. It was only 2.5 years old and clearly marked with a date. Good thing I knew it was still under warranty as most batteries of that caliber have a 3-year warranty. Maybe learn to ask if the battery has a warranty before trying to get $250 from us. In the end, we got a battery replaced for free from where we originally bought the battery.

The alternator can be checked using a voltmeter. Connect the red lead to the positive termainal of the battery and the black lead to the negative termanal of the battery. A good alternator will have 13-14.5 volts.
