They are always extremely friendly and very thorough with the information they give you. I brought in a dying car and they were honest with me on what to do with it. Which is more then I can say for most mechanics. I now go to them for everything on my new Nissan Juke.

I appreciate the oil change service I received. However, I was not told about any other issues my car may have had on inspection. I was told this would be sent to me. It never was. I emailed to ask about this and received a reply that had no information in it.

Two things, the shop said I needed new front struts, I said the struts had a lifetime warranty. Shop CSR said they couldn't warranty and I'd have to go back to the original shop. That is a lie and I was able to get that done at another shop. Second, shop CSR was supposed to get back to me with a quote to have Bilstein 5100's installed and closed the ticket and never called me back. I'm thankful he didn't call, because that lead me to another shop that handled the warranty of the shocks I had without me needing to take the truck back to Dallas, TX.
