Should look more towards a bad power steering pump which will cause a noise when turning and maybe it just sounds like its coming from the transmission. Diagnostic would be needed to pinpoint sorry cant be of more help.

Could be bad radiator fluid it depends on how long its been in the vehicle. Sounds like you have a leak from the radiator, hoses or water pump depending on the location in the front. Will need a new thermostat when repair is performed and radiator flush to get the rusty fluid out of the system. In addition to whatever the repair is. If you would like you can bring it to us and we can diagnose the issue and give you an estimate and you can go from there.
