I had them change the oil in my transmission. I think they used the wrong oil because a week later the transmission went out. I won't be taking it back to them to fix it and I would not recommend anyone let them work on their transmission. I have had lots of work done there in the past and never had a problem until the last time I went there. I just had a bad experience last time.

We appreciate your business and it was unfortunate that your transmission failed 6 weeks after the fluid was changed. We use a high quality synthetic transmission fluid that meets your Honda vehicle spec Z-1. There was no chance that we used the wrong fluid in your vehicle. It was noted on your receipt that your PCM was failing. This is the computer that controls your transmission and engine. This may have caused your transmission to fail.

Well it could be many things. We need to find out if you stem is full and then that will tell us if you need to have a leak repaired or some electrical diagnostic work done. Please do not install any freon from the auto parts store. They contain a sealant that will damage your system and also damage our ac equipment. Your car should be safe to drive. That code means that the warm up cat convertor efficiency is low. Possible causes are a cat convertor that is deteriorating, an oxygen sensor failure or an exhaust system leak..Some testing is in order. If the car is acting sluggish, you may want to bring it in soon to have it looked at. Convertors can get so bad that it can cause that vehicle not to start at all. It could be a few different things. An electronic solenoid malfunction could cause that problem. There could be an internal mechanical issue with the transmission. Some testing needs to be done. If its high mileage, it may be time for a new transmission. Give us a call at 248-643-7690

I would check and make sure the window and locks work properly. Also make sure the door closes properly and there are no gaps around the door. You dont want water coming in if it rains and creating mold on the carpet. We perform pre-purchase inspections on vehicles before cars are performed. It is located under the dash on the passenger side. Because the blower motor does not work, doesn't mean that is your problem. The blower switch could be bad. The blower resister could be bad.
