It was only a follow up visit to put in a fan belt that arrived after I had picked up the car. No biggie.

Will be back!

We overpaid for a door handle and a window to be fixed and broke right when we got home. So no, totally unsatisfied and will not recommend.

I am once again pleased with the excellent service Coby provides and the exceptional knowledge of Adam. They recommended cost saving services instead of wasting time and money to search for something that we could watch closely on our own. These guys are top notch professionals and we will visit them again and again for the needs of our 2006 Mercedes. Thanks guys!!

Cody was very kind, friendly, professional. They definitely try to over sell repairs for items that I didn't even mention. Meanwhile, the work that I did authorize, find the source of a warning light... was supposed to be fixed, but now 5 days later, sensor warning is on again.

Great service. Friendly staff.

Adam and Coby obviously take pride in their work, and behave like business owners even if they are not.

I am very happy with the way that my van is now running and the work that was done. A bit disappointed with the follow up, time it took to get the work done. When I picked up the vehicle I inspected it to see a boot not reinstalled after service. I also had to return to the shop to have the connection for the speedometer reconnected. There where multiple times that I was called to inform me that it would be additional money to continue to have some one check through and problem solve some of the work. However my time is valuable also. Having to follow up with the work that was done and check for attention to detail was a bit disappointing. Having to take additional time out of my day to return for rework was also valuable time from my schedule. I was really hoping to be able to support and build trust with a shop in my neighborhood but feel a bit punked out. I am certainly not a mechanic but appreciate the craft, and technique skill required to keep an older vehicle on the road. Knowing my own craft and often the need to explain processes and ingredients in a different perspective would have given me a clearer understanding of what needed to be done and the expected outcome and cost.

Always courteous. Always explain what is likely to be the problem and trecommend but never pressure. I have been there many times for my 1991 Alfa Romeo Spide

Questions Answered by 101 European Automotive
Where Is Sensor Located For Instrument Lighting? on 2004 Lexus ES330
There is a rolling knob next to the mirror adjustment control. Rolling it upward should brighten instrument cluster lights.
We Have A 2002 325i Bmw We Noticed Yellow Engine Light Went On It Was Missing on 2002 BMW 325i
It sounds like the oil separator is defective. I would check the engine codes first.
What Does "Gearbox Failure" Mean? on 2001 Jaguar S-Type
It really depends on what code is setting the transmission into limp mode to know
Ac Just Blows Hot And The Lines Are Not Filling Cold Please Give All Possible A on 2001 Jaguar S-Type
I would start with an evacuation and recharge of the refrigerant. Or hook up pressure gauges and check for pressure hard to know an AC problem without readings. Does the compressor turn on?
My Car Is Making A Rattling Sound Underneath The Middle. What Could This Be? on 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK430
This is most likely a bad Catalytic converter if the sound changes when revving the car lightly in park.
The Trunk Opens And The Radio Comes On By Itself. on 2001 Jaguar S-Type
This sounds a lot like an Alternator problem. I would have the AC voltage output checked. AC Voltage can cause electrical demons.

stevieray1: The way an Alternator works is it generates AC voltage then the diodes change that to DC voltage. An alternator with diode problems will leak AC voltage into the vehicles electrical system. This is a common misdiagnosis on a lot of electrical problems resulting in 1000's of dollars in repairs to correct Electrical problems. I would still check the AC voltage output and the overall charging health of the alternator. Anything more then 0.05v is too much. I normally see 0.5v or higher when we are running into similar issues in my shop. Also check the DC voltage for sure, that should be 13.5-14.5v anything more then that could also cause a similar problem.
