Extremely helpful and timely.

My car was missing when I picked it up and I drove it to California where I was moving. Michael took the initiative to find me an expert mechanic in California and covered the cost of repairs. Red Rock Auto and Cycle did everything possible to make things right. I would recommend them.

Honest presentation of services provided and costs.

Red Rock was great! I was in Sedona for only a few days, and they fitted me in for service the morning after I called to ensure I wouldn't get stuck in town for an extra day. They quickly diagnosed and performed the repair. Customer service was courteous, and they even gave me a ride to the nearby Starbucks and back. For car trouble on a road trip, it couldn't have gone better.

Michael and all of the guys were extremely professional and courteous and took time to answer my questions. Thank you!

Questions Answered by Red Rock Auto & Cycle
The ignition key cylinder is froze up and ...
no. sounds like you need a new lock cylinder, these trucks have a high failure rate of this, another possibility is the front wheels are turned and binding. try shaking the steering wheel while trying to turn the key.
i change the relays
could be a number of things, a coolant temp sensor/switch, a cooling fan relay, a failed fan motor, the pcm, a wireing issue ie. corroded or burned wires or connection, rodent damage, the list goes on. take it to a reputable repair shop for a proper diagnosis. don't waist time and money throwing parts at it.
The ABS as Scanned and I was told to repla...
in 1999 dodge ram 1500 van came with (rwal) and (4wal) rear wheel anti lock brakes and four wheel anti lock brakes. one way you can check for yourself is to look for an electrical wire going into the front wheel hub, ( the part that the wheel bolts to) you will find one on each side. you will have to look from the underside of the van on the inside of the front wheel, the wire would be running right along the rubber hose that goes to the brake caliper. if you have an electrical wire going there then you have 4wal abs. if not it would be rwal. on the rear differential you should find an electrical wire plugged into a sensor on top of the differential. this is on both rwal and 4wal
To start off, the car I'm asking about is ...
it really depends on where the exhaust is leaking and where the car spent most of its life. if its really reusted from salt or is it from the southwest. could be a simple casket or seal for around $150 to an entire exhaust system which could run into the thousands
