They did outstanding work I am very happy with it.


Good communication. Reasonable rates. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure problem is resolved.


They do have great service, but I think their prices are too high.


Costs seem to be a bit high. Was quoted over $2200 for repair work and had the same work plus more done at another reputable car repair shop for under $2000.


My vehicle has been going there for many years, with pick up and drop off service and very friendly.

Usually a bucking condition exists during acceleration, not deceleration. I can perform a free code read for you if you like. That would help determine what might be going on. Call Greg at 715-359-5554, he will be more than happy to assist you.
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
2. Remove the differential fill plug.
3. Use the oil suction gun and remove the axle lubricant through the fill opening.
4. If necessary, a cleaning solvent can be injected to remove any contaminants.
5. Repeat Step 3 to remove the cleaning solvent.
6. Refill the differential with Motorcraft SAE 80W90 Thermally Stable 4x4 Axle Lubricant meeting Ford specification WSP-M2C197-A.
7. Install the fill plug and tighten.

You can call the dealer with the vin number, get a replacement part number from them and then call the parts store and they can interchange the number to an aftermarket part for you. If you need more help,

1. Disconnect the blower module.

2. Connect the Red to the Purple, the blower should run on high speed.

3. Check that the blower runs steady and quietly.

4. If not, replace the blower motor and module.

5. If OK, test the module ground wire, Black.

6. Test for 2-8v on the Gray/Black wire, module disconnected, key on, blower selected.

7. If above OK, replace the blower module. if you need more help.
