They try. Eventually the car is repaired. It took them several tries. They dont look at much other than what they think is wrong. I feel like they charged me to learn how to fix my car. I was charged a lot of money by them. I took the Bill's to other repair shops and was told I was charged easily 25% too much. I have warranties on previous repairs Jay's did....that's the only reason I go back. I find Jay the owner to be a poor communicator and pretty nonchalant about my concerns and multiple visits to his shop.

Quality and quick service throughout, from the text message updates to the email and online diagnostic tool and right down to the candy mint and thank you card left on my passenger seat. I really appreciate Jay's personal touch and will be utilizing his services as needed in the future. Thank you!

I had a car emergency where I had a bad oil leak. They got me in right away and dropped me off home. They called and explained what they found including other issues I was having with my car. They were super nice to even let me come get my car after hours due to my work schedule. Great service! 10/10

I was very satisfied.

I first read all the reviews before taking my vehicle there. They met all of my expectations and I have found my new mechanic with Jays. Mike was awesome and knowledgeable while explaining my repairs, and Jay was great and followed up with me days later to see how my vehicle was performing.
