They try. Eventually the car is repaired. It took them several tries. They dont look at much other than what they think is wrong. I feel like they charged me to learn how to fix my car. I was charged a lot of money by them. I took the Bill's to other repair shops and was told I was charged easily 25% too much. I have warranties on previous repairs Jay's did....that's the only reason I go back. I find Jay the owner to be a poor communicator and pretty nonchalant about my concerns and multiple visits to his shop.

Bucking on 1999 Ford Expedition
Usually a bucking condition exists during acceleration, not deceleration. I can perform a free code read for you if you like. That would help determine what might be going on. Call Greg at 715-359-5554, he will be more than happy to assist you.
How Do You Change Gear Lube Inthe Front End on 2001 Mercury Mountaineer
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
2. Remove the differential fill plug.
3. Use the oil suction gun and remove the axle lubricant through the fill opening.
4. If necessary, a cleaning solvent can be injected to remove any contaminants.
5. Repeat Step 3 to remove the cleaning solvent.
6. Refill the differential with Motorcraft SAE 80W90 Thermally Stable 4x4 Axle Lubricant meeting Ford specification WSP-M2C197-A.
7. Install the fill plug and tighten.

Fuel Guage Don't Work on 2005 Buick Rendezvous
There are ECM issues with this problem. There is a technical service bulletin # 08-06-04-010 that refers to this. Sometimes the ECM can be re-flashed to correct this. A proper diagnosis will have to be preformed to determine this for sure. If you need more help, http://www.jaysauto.net

My Heater Fan Quit Working So I Replaced The Blower But That Was Not The Problem. on 1998 Oldsmobile Regency

1. Disconnect the blower module.

2. Connect the Red to the Purple, the blower should run on high speed.

3. Check that the blower runs steady and quietly.

4. If not, replace the blower motor and module.

5. If OK, test the module ground wire, Black.

6. Test for 2-8v on the Gray/Black wire, module disconnected, key on, blower selected.

7. If above OK, replace the blower module.

Rough Idel Rev Up And Down on 1992 Toyota Pickup

1. With the engine fully warmed up and the idle speed surging up and down, block the fast idle valve in the throttle body with a piece of duct tape and check to see if the idle speed goes to normal.

2. Check the coolant flow through the fast idle valve to make sure there are no restrictions.
