I have taken my vehicle to Beiler's for years and always been thrilled with the service and work. I have recommended Beiler's to everyone This last experience was terrible. They were able to fix one issue to for a fair price, but the rest was just a disaster.

The Infiniti was brought to our shop for a burning oil smell back in Nov 2016. It was determined that the valve covers & the cam sensor seals were leaking onto the exhaust. That work was declined. In September 2017, with 6,400 more miles on the car, the customer came back complaining of a "rattling" noise while driving. It was determined that the oil pressure was low due to not very much oil in the engine. The oil & filter were changed and the noise was gone. The repairs to fix the oil leaks were declined again. Did we miss something else? Please advise so we can make this right.

Questions Answered by Beiler's Auto Repair, Inc.
Car Shakes Bad When Coming To A Stop on 1990 Honda Civic
Sounds like you got bad rotors. Take them back to where you bought them.
How Much Would It Cost For Diagnostic Test on 2006 Ford F-150
Most shops charge one hour of labor to diagnose drivebility issues. Even though the light isn't on, there may be misfire info stored in the computer. We usually recommend replacing all coils if it has more than 100,000 miles on it. Use only Motorcraft coils. The other brands, especially the chinese coils are junk.
Why Won't My Van Start When The Engine Is Warm? on 1997 Dodge Ram Wagon 3500
You could have a vacuum leak. Cold engines need more fuel to start so anything that makes it run lean can cause this problem.
Should I Replace My Timing Belt And Water Pump Etc. 99 Sc400 59k Miles 14yrs Old on 1999 Lexus SC400
The timing belt is made of rubber. Think about old tires, you know how the get "dry rotted" from age? Timing belts do the same thing. The good thing is that on a Lexus if the belt breaks, it doesn't bend valves so the worst thing is you get towed in.
Car Will Not Start, There Is No Fire on 2005 Kia Amanti
Could be a jumped or broken timing belt.
Why Would My 1998 528i Feel Like It Floats Down The Hwy. on 1998 BMW 528i
Floating feeling can be caused by worn out shocks/ struts. Bounce the car at every corner, get it really bouncing and then start counting after you let it go. It should be completly motionless after 2 seconds if the struts are good.
Coil 7 Burns Out After Driving 10 Mls. Chk Eng Light Comes On on 2005 Ford E-250
Make sure you are using Ford brand, Motorcraft coil. There are cheap chinese coils for sale but they are junk.
My Entourage Has No Power. You Get No Rmp's And Doesn't Want To Go. What Can Be on 2007 Hyundai Entourage
It could be low fuel pressure, a clogged catalytic converter, or a jumped timing belt/chain. If it has an electronic throttle, there could be a problem with that also.
