Great customer service! I found my new mechanic!
Excellent service.
They provide good services
Very satisfied with the work and customer service.
Service provided was outstanding. Great customer service.
I had a number of problems that I was concerned about with my car. The shop charged me a reasonable price to repair all of the items and my car was finished in a timely fashion the same day. I would come back here again.
I will be back. It appears they do quailty work.
This shop has never tried to sell me anything above what I bring the vehicle in for. They try to talk me out of repairs if they feel I'd be making a mistake. Never experienced this before with auto repair. Top notch.
good job!
They always respect my budget and are honest about what is urgent and what is not.
Went in requesting a repair for a specific problem in my vehicle and the Staff at Wentworth were able to provide me multiple options for repair and fix the issue in a quick manner. In the process the Staff performed an inspection for other things my vehicle may need in the near or not so near future without pressuring me to get it done now. Overall I am satisfied and plan to return for future automotive repair/maintenance needs.
I had to replace my turbo and the shop exercised patience working around my work schedule and warranty delivery time from the manufacturer.
Justin has always treated me fairly and has explained in detail when I needed things done on my aging Toyota. He is honest and knowledgeable.
Excellent service.

Questions Answered by Wentworth Automotive
Truck Wont Start. on 2006 GMC Canyon
More information would be helpful. When it doesn't start does it just click, or does it crank over and just not start? It will probably be best to take into a shop and have it checked out to find the problem quickly. The more information you have for them will help reduce the time it will take to diagnose the problem.
Do I Have To Buy A New Complete MOTOR on 2001 Chevrolet Tracker
More than likely you will need to replace the engine. Without having it in the shop it is hard to say for sure but holes in the engine are never good.
Should I Have The Power Steering Fluid Flushed And Changed? on 2000 Honda CR-V
As with all fluids in your car power steering fluid can break down and not work as well as when it was new. Changing the power steering fluid is a good maintenance item. It will help extend the life of the power steering pump as well as the steering rack. However, it is a maintenance item so it isn't anything that will cause you to break down.
Clicking Noise Coming From Engine Idling And Accelerating on 2007 Pontiac Vibe
If the noise is louder when cold then I would agree you might have an exhaust manifold gasket leak or possibly a cracked manifold. It would be a good idea to check the oil level, if it gets low it can cause the lifters to make noise. Either way it is best to get it checked out especially if the oil is low it would be good to determine where the oil is going.
Won't Start on 2005 Cadillac CTS
The smoking problem could be caused by a head gasket leaking coolant into the cylinders. This could also be the cause of the engine not turning over, if it overheated and locked up it could be a large problem. The best thing is to have it towed to a shop and have it diagnosed.
Fuse Problem Or Spark Plug Problem? on 1999 Chrysler LHS
The problem you are having does not sound like a spark plug or fuse issue. It is definitely an electrical problem that will require diagnosis, possibly a short in the ignition switch.
What About New Tires? on 2001 Mercedes-Benz SLK230
You can also go online to sites like Tire Monkey and look up tire prices and then have them shipped to an installer. They list the prices the installer will charge on the site along with the tire price so you know your cost before deciding on the tires.
Oxygen Sensor Failed Smog Check on 2002 Hyundai Sonata
The only way to get the monitors to run is to drive it. We have had a few cars that were not running the monitors due to the vehicle not warming up quickly enough. The computer needs to have certain criteria met before it will run the test and the engine getting to operating temp quickly is usually a key factor.
Burning Oil on 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander
It is not uncommon for higher mileage vehicles to burn oil. It is possible the engine is worn and uses oil.
Power Steering on 1994 Ford Escort
Checking the power steering fluid would be the first step. If you are low on fluid then there is leak, it would be best to have the system checked for a leak if it is low. There are several components in the system that can cause a hard steering problem.
