You found problems that I was not aware of, and took care of them so my air conditioner now works perfectly. It took extra time to get the parts and do the proper repairs, but that was needed, so it was fine.

My car has been making a loud humming noise for several days so I dropped it off at Prestige. Of course my crazy car never made the sound again, but they worked really hard to diagnose it. They drove it around and let it run under different conditions. The mechanic checked the item that would likely cause the sound and found it to still be working and didn't warrant replacing. I appreciate that they didn't tell us the part needed replacing, even though they suspect that was what was making the sound. They said it is safe to drive everything checked out. Although we had to pay the $120 for diagnostic (only fair since they spent hours trying to find issue) they said if sound comes back soon, bring it back & won't charge diagnostic again and will just charge for the work and part. That shows great honesty and integrity. I look forward to doing more business with them. I have older Volvo and I m excited I've found a place that is reasonable, honest and close to where I live.

The shop manager came across more interested in charging me for replacing parts that had very minor wear to pass a smog visual inspection. At one point, verbally indicated if I had not taken my vehicle to have it smogged at a different location, the shop manager, Andrea would have ignored tiny little wear on the air ducts and passed the SMOG for my vehicle. Obviously, his response angered me very much and will NEVER do business with Prestige Auto Works.

This was the first time receiving service since the shop moved from the previous location. I was not looking forward to the visit because the new location is a longer drive, in heavier traffic. But I did finally make the appointment and it was even better than I had hoped. Service was quick, professional, and thorough. I waited for the general oil change and received a complete maintenance inspection. I was given a detailed maintenance report and a copy was sent to my email. In the report each recommended repair was explained in detail with a short video about the parts. Stephanie is outstanding and knowledgeable. She makes a little ole lady feel comfortable and not at all uncomfortable about auto mechanics. I will definitely return to complete the needed repairs. Thanks Prestige!!
